There are small ways we can help. Lifeboat Services at 1040 Commercial Street needs hand-warmers, gloves, warm hats and thick socks. Please: adult sizes, good condition, no ankle-socks, and all-weather items only. Drop off donations INSIDE between 9 and 4, Monday through Friday.
The Astoria Warming Center in the basement of the Methodist Church at 11th and Franklin needs sleeping bags, clothing, rain gear, heavier winter clothing, men’s jeans, shoes and hygiene supplies. Donations may be brought to AWC between 6:00-7:00 pm and on Tuesdays and Fridays 11am to 1pm.
